The Mill Reef Fitness Center was designed to complement the mid-century modernist aesthetic of the existing Mill Reef Club, originally built in the 1940s. Situated on a steeply sloping site surrounded by indigenous Antiguan forest, the landscape design embraces the natural terrain through a series of terraced levels that step gracefully up the property.

Quarried stone from the site was repurposed for retaining walls and paving, while new plantings were introduced to provide shade and restore the native forest. Fountains and strategic lighting enhance the resort-like ambiance, creating a seamless connection between the fitness center, surrounding forest, and broader Mill Reef Club experience.

The result is a functional, visually striking landscape that integrates recreation, natural beauty, and architectural heritage, offering visitors a serene and engaging environment.
