LaGuardia Design Landscape Architecture, P.C. dba LaGuardia Design Group has a full-time Senior Project Manager position in Water Mill, New York. Duties include: Lead, Develop, and present creative design concepts and solutions for residential, commercial, and institutional projects, guiding project team and ensuring design excellence that aligns with client objectives Supervise and mentor design staff in the preparation of base maps, site plans, construction details and documents; Prepare concept sketches, technical drawings, and digital models to communicate design intent to client and design team; Select plants at nurseries, review materials with suppliers, and resolve construction or design issues based on site evaluation and conditions; Manage, oversee, direct, and approve project budgets, schedules, and contracts ensuring alignment with client goals and internal resources; Coordinate and schedule regular meetings and touchpoints with architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure design integrity and timely project progress; and Perform zoning and code reviews and confirm compliance with village/town boards, building inspectors, and other authorities. Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field, 3 years of experience, and New York Landscape Architecture license required. Salary from $118,498.
