Situated along the dunes of Southampton, this “upside-down” residence was designed to maximize sweeping ocean views and natural light.

LaGuardia Design Group partnered with Kelly Behun Studio and Barnes Coy Architects to create outdoor spaces that complement the elevated architecture. Coastal plantings and a restrained material palette anchor the home within its dune environment, while expansive terraces and framed vistas blur the threshold between house, horizon, and sea.
