Designed as the heart of a small village, this five-acre public park transforms a once-derelict lot into a welcoming civic space. Inspired by Jeffersonian planning, the layout features major and minor axes that organize the grounds around a large circular green—an open, memorable space for gatherings and recreation.

A tree-lined gravel path encircles the lawn, offering an endless promenade for the community. The design is rounded out with a bandshell, playground, fountain, and picnic areas, creating a park that balances formality with everyday use.
