Deliberate site placement was crucial for relocating a historic 19th century saltbox cottage while preserving 100+ year old trees and its original farm road. The goal of the landscape design was to connect the new modern residence and the historic farm house. The carefully crafted site design and planting palette preserves and maintains the unique pastoral characteristics of the area.
